75.1  The Bissell 3920 Pet Hair Eraser vacuum cleaner is a bagless upright with HEPA filtration.  Consumer Ratings are average and it is popular with some consumers and not so popular with others.

The Bissell Pet Hair Eraser has a 12 amp motor and comes with a large number of tools: curved hose wand, extension wand, dusting brush/upholstery tool, crevice tool, pet turbo brush, pet contour tool, pet hair lifter tool.  It also has a fairly wide cleaning path at 15 inches.

The 3920 has a nice long power cord at 35 feet but the rotating brushbar cannot be turned off which can cause problems when vacuuming delicate surfaces (rugs with fringes or some hardwood floors).  The vacuum is not light at just over 20 pounds and it carries a 1 year warranty.

Not happy with this vacuum. The filters and cup are messy to clean, and
have to be cleaned often. The collection container does not fit well, and
if not seated right, reduces suction.
