77.8 The Dirt Devil Vision Turbo (model 082700) vacuum cleaner is a bagless canister. It is a fairly quiet machine and typically sells in the 150 USD range (sometimes less). The Dirt Devil 082700 has a 12 amp motor and, according to consumers, is very good on hard surfaces. It comes with a stretch hose as well as a number of additional on-board tools. The power cord is only 20 feet long which is a bit short for a full size vacuum - but the cord is auto-retractable. The Dirt Devil Vision is HEPA capable (comes with a HEPA filter) which is a great feature if you have allergies or asthma. HEPA filtration removes some 99.97% of particles greater than 0.3 microns in size from the air that passes through it.
