Euro-Pro Shark Navigator Vacuum Ratings

87.0  The Euro-Pro NV22L is popular with consumers and gets consistently good ratings.  It also comes with a 5-year warranty and uses cyclonic suction like a Dyson. 

This is an upright bagless vacuum cleaner with HEPA filtration and it comes with a number of tools and attachments. 

-long stretch hose with quick release wand
-dust brush
-turbo power brush (effective at pet hair removal)
-two different crevice tools (one short and one long)

It does not use a 12 amp motor like many other uprights today but rather is powered by a 10 amp motor.  The “cyclonic suction” is provided by what Euro-Pro call “Infinity Technology” (which is effectively the same thing). 

The Nv22L has a brushbar that can be turned on and off (useful when transitioning between bare floors and carpet) and a 30 foot power cord.  It weighs some 15 lbs which is not too heavy, has washable filters, and carries a 5 year warranty. 

Downsides, according to consumers, include no ability to adjust the height of the vacuum nozzle (for different floor surfaces) and no retractable power cord.  However consumers feel that the vacuum is quite effective on both hard surfaces and carpet.

I was skeptical about buying a vacuum I saw on TV but after reading reviews
on Amazon for the Navigator I decided to try it. This thing is great!
I've had a Hoover and a Dirt Devil before (really didn't like the Dirt
Devil) but this blows them away. I think of it as a Dyson for a fraction of
the cost.

Does this pick up dog hair, im so tired of buying vacs and none work well
with dog hair.
