91.0  The Bissell 33A1 Pet Hair Eraser handheld vacuum cleaner is not battery operated and actually uses a 16 foot power cord.  It also bucks the handheld trend by using HEPA filtration.

80.6  The Euro-Pro Shark SV736N 15.6-Volt Cordless handheld vacuum is usually in the neighborhood of 50USD and it gets good consumer ratings. It has a motorized brush for vacuuming pet hair or lifting out ground in dirt  - the brush can be detached from the vacuum when it is not needed..

83.8  The Black & Decker PHV1810 is an update to the previously popular PHV1800 handheld vacuum.  Like its predecessor it is an 18 volt cordless machine and it has a pivoting nozzle.  It receives good grades from consumers and it is considered quite powerful.

62.4  There are many different Black & Decker Dustbusters.  The Black & Decker CHV4800 is one of the least expensive and consumer ratings are not particularly great.

90.5  The Black & Decker PHV1800 handheld vacuum cleaner gets great consumer ratings and the nozzle folds back in on the vacuum creating a very compact unit for storage.  The PHV1800 is not too expensive and has a fairly long lasting battery.

74.2  The Dirt Devil Classic M0100 Handheld vacuum cleaner has a number of interesting features including the fact that it comes with a HEPA filter (HIgh Efficiency Particulate Air filter) which can be helpful for those suffering from allergies or asthma.  HEPA filters are not common in handheld vacuums (although they do appear in some).

59.5  The Dirt Devil Ultra Power is a corded handheld vacuum.  Overall consumer ratings for this handheld are not good.

74.8  The Dirt Devil M0914 Extreme Power Handheld Vacuum is a cordless unit with a three year warranty.

68.9  The Dirt Devil Kurv Handheld (model M0216) vacuum is cordless and stylishly designed.  I also comes in an array of colors but consumer ratings and not very good.

85.7  The Dirt Devil M08220 Scorpion Handheld Vacuum gets good consumer ratings.  There is also a new version of this vacuum called the Dirt Devil Scorpion Hand Vac.

65.9  The Dyson DC16 Root 6 Handheld Vacuum Cleaner does not get particularly good consumer ratings - unlike most Dyson uprights and canisters.

90.1  This corded handheld vacuum cleaner is inexpensive and it gets great consumer ratings.

81.4  The Hoover S1120 Handheld Vacuum is an inexpensive unit and it is used for cleaning up both wet and dry messes.

87.1  Consumers like the Hoover BH50015 Handheld vacuum (although consumer ratings are limited).  This appears to be a good handheld vacuum but it is not cheap.
