93.1 The Hoover Commercial Portapower vacuum cleaner get top notch ratings from consumers. It is also not too expensive and is incredibly light (just over 8lbs). It does not have a rotating brushbar however so it's effectiveness on carpets is limited. This unit is powered by a 7.4 amp motor (that produces 2.2 hp) and it also doubles as a blower. It can be carried slung under the arm via a shoulder strap and it is a bagged vacuum. It comes with a commercial three layer cloth bag that is reusable but disposable paper bags can also be purchased. A number of tools and attachments come with the Hoover Portapower including a crevice tool, wall/floor brush, dusting brush, furniture nozzle, wands, and a rug & floor nozzle.
