Hoover U5269-900 EmPower Vacuum Ratings

74.0  The Hoover EmPower (model U5269-900) does not get stellar consumer ratings. It does come with a number of features though and it is not too expensive.

The Hoover EmPower has a 12 amp motor and consumers feel the suction is good.  It has a "hush" mode that reduces vacuum power and thus noise.  It is HEPA capable which is good for allergy sufferers and it comes with a 31 foot power cord and a headlight.  There are 5 different height settings that allow for effective cleaning of many different surfaces and also ensures easy transition from hard surfaces to carpet. 

This Hoover comes with a number of tools including a powered hand tool (good for vacuuming up pet hair) and several others. The U5269-900 has a wide cleaning path of 15 inches and comes with a 1 year warranty.  This is also a bagless vacuum cleaner.
