Owners like the auto-cord rewind, the attachments and the washable filters, however there are some that feel the dirt canister is problematic and the hose is a little short. The Hoover Pet Rewind is powered by a 12 map motor and it uses cyclonic suction. Cyclonic suction is the kind of technology made famous by Dyson and it involves spinning air at very high speeds such that the dirt is “flung” out and into the dirt canister. This technology generally allows suction to be maintained while vacuuming and while the dirt canister is filling, and it also helps to keep much of the dirt away from the filters allowing them to stay cleaner longer. The UH70210 comes standard with quite a number of features and the most popular is the automatic cord rewind. Quite a few owners like this. The power cord is 27 feet long which is fairly reasonable for a full size upright. The unit also features a fold-down handle which allows for easier storage.
