Miele S4212 Polaris Vacuum Ratings

93.9  The Miele S4212 Polaris canister vacuum gets great ratings from consumers.  It is the latest version of the previous Miele S4210 Carina and is recommended for bare floors, and short-pile carpeting.

The S4212 comes with a 1200 watt motor and 6 variable power settings.  The vacuum is bagged and the main attachment is a combination carpet/smooth floor tool.  Other attachments and tools include a dusting brush, a furniture nozzle, and a crevice tool,  It has a 21 foot power cord with auto-rewind (triggered by a convenient foot pedal).

It does not come with a HEPA filter but it can be added if you wish.  The motor of the S4212 Polaris is insulated and consumers indicate that the vacuum is quite quiet.  Another nice feature is the stainless steel telescoping wand.  These canisters vacuums have a 1-year warranty plus a 7 year motor warranty.
